Booking Information
Thank you for considering Gerald Liyosi Photography! Session quotes are valid for 3 days. A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your date. This also serves as a cancellation fee. Your session starts and ends at the set times booked and agreed upon. If a session needs to be rescheduled, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the original session. A travel fee of .60 cents per mile applies for location photo shoots. Client is responsible for transportation and accommodation arrangements for destination photo shoots.

Love Your Work! How Do I Get In Touch?
Music to my ears! Simply complete the contact form and submit your information. Please allow a minimum of 24hrs to receive feedback and begin the planning session.
Do you only serve the Atlanta Area?
My services stretch beyond the Atlanta Metro Area. I will gladly travel for my clients once the transportation/travel and accommodation arrangements are discussed and finalized in in the planning phase.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes you can! In addition to the original package selected, the additional time will be added at the respective hourly rate for the duration you decide to extend.
Will there be a second shooter?
Great question! I usually photograph sessions independently. However, depending on the scope and size of the photography project, I may have an assistant or two. A second shooter is also a possibility.
What Happens After The Photography Session?
The pictures will be culled, watermarked and forwarded for review via a secure link.
After logging into the link's site, you will view and "favorite" your preferred images for retouching based on your package plan.
The selected images will be retouched and sent back via the link. You will then be able to download them for keepsakes or order prints.
How Soon Can I Get My Pictures After Review?
This varies by project. On average, 5 - 7 business days is the duration for portraits, family photo shoots. Weddings average 2 - 3 months to receive the final retouched images selected from your package.
Can I Order Additional Pictures From My Package?
Absolutely! Each additional image above the allotted package set will be billed at $35 each. You can "favorite" the pictures you'd like retouched. Once completed, you will receive them via the special link set for your session.
How Much Notice Do You Need For Booking Sessions?
This would depend on when you're looking to have the photo session. I would recommend completing the contact form with your information to confirm availability. Once confirmed, I would encourage you to secure the date to avoid conflicts. Weekend time slots tend to fill up quickly so the sooner we can finalize the details, the better off we'll be. That way, we can focus on planning the session knowing your date(s) is secure.
What kind of gear do you use?
Photography: Canon EOS R5 and Canon EOS R6 cameras.
Flash and/or OCF, (Off Camera Flash): Westcott FJ80 and/or FJ400 Strobes.
Do I have to order prints through you?
The short answer is no. However, for ease and convenience, the preview link makes it easy to order prints at leisure. It's set up to offer a variety of print options to suit your needs.
